When scheduling an appointment, we believe it is important that you speak to an experienced technician and / or the owner, not a dispatcher. However, sometimes that person is either on the other line, talking with a customer or is simply unable to receive a call. So during high demand, a call may occasionally go into voicemail. Please leave a message and someone will get back to you asap. If after hours, always leave a detailed message. Sometimes a technician can talk you thorough an issue over the phone; or refer to our helpful hints page for a DIY check list that may provide a solution to a simple fix. Although not a true 24/7 service company, we do service after hours depending on availability and circumstance.
